Seller identification
The site is operated by Usifenn, whose legal information (company name, address, tax identifiers, contact) is available in store settings and on the Contact page.
Products and availability
Products are presented as accurately as possible (descriptions, visuals, variants). Some items may be made to order; lead times and availability are confirmed before or after ordering. Usifenn reserves the right to limit quantities or remove a product from the catalogue.
Orders
Placing an order on the site constitutes a purchase offer. The sale is final only after confirmation by Usifenn (confirmation email) and, where applicable, payment or agreement on the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of obvious error, suspected fraud or unavailability.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), with taxes and delivery fees specified at checkout where applicable. Usifenn may offer promotional codes subject to conditions. Payment is made via methods enabled on the site at the time of order.
Delivery
Delivery times and fees depend on the selected zone and product nature (stock or made to order). The customer must provide an accurate address and be available to receive the order. Risk of loss or damage transfers upon actual delivery.
Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer may have a withdrawal period for eligible, non-customized products returned in original condition. Bespoke items or those made to personal specifications may be excluded. Return procedures are provided on request to customer service.
Warranties
Products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. In case of proven defect within legal time limits, the customer may request repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.
Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos, layouts, catalogue) is protected. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. Usifenn brands and creations remain our exclusive property.
Liability
Usifenn makes every effort to ensure site availability and product quality. Liability cannot be engaged for technical interruptions beyond our control, improper product use or indirect damages, within legal limits.

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer. Customers are invited to read it before placing an order.
Force majeure
Usifenn shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control (natural disaster, strike, supply disruption, etc.).
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, competent courts at Usifenn's registered office shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
